We originally set out to assist individuals, particularly the mature adults with high levels of qualifications; this is a group of people, which doesn’t currently have much support available to them.

We began by looking into the concept of delivering IAG services to mature adults online. This involved looking at the online products already on offer to adults, which highlighted some interesting facts. We looked at a long list of products and services utilising technology to deliver IAG and from their shortcomings devised a list of standard rules that we had to bear in mind whilst developing the application:

• easy to use as social networking sites– not require training,
• integrated – users don’t have to use numerous applications to build different skills that are required to meet their development needs,
• look good,
• delivering results – clients that are more focused on their futures and,
• listen to the end user/ clients – to ensure that the application moves forward with the user as new technology is being made available

Our concept expanded and we realized that there was no reason as to why we couldn’t deliver the product to contract provider’s aswell as they don’t have many integrated solutions currently available to them.
